Open Door Counselling was previously contracted by the NHS in Birmingham (via Forward Thinking Birmingham) to provide a free counselling service to young people aged 12-25. This contract ended at the end of July 2022.

If you wish to access a service for your patients please contact Carmel on 07702 415 419 to discuss options. Alternatively, please feel free to signpost your patients to our fee paying counselling and/or mental health groups.

Affordable counselling services for children, young people and adults

Young people and adults can access our fee paying counselling services at affordable rates (just £35 per session). They can contact us directly to book an appointment or use our online self-referral form.

Mental health support groups

Open Door Counselling runs a monthly mental health support group for anyone over the age of 18 which takes place at our building in Edgbaston, Birmingham. £5 per session.
